question about vet office assitant course

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if taking a vet office assitance course at Robertson College if there would be a high demand for employment after compleeting the course. I need to reasearch before going to employment Manitoba with courses I want to take. Thanks if anyone can help me e-mail me or post answers.
