Where can I drop off huge numbers of books?

I know there are book sales in Brandon periodically. Does anyone know if there is one coming up in the near future, as I have cleaned out my library and have over a hundred books to give away. Thanks for any info you may have. If there are any Shakespeare fans, I have several collections of plays and sonnets - any political hounds, I have some excellent books on various leaders and movements.

I've sold books before here for cheap because I wanted to get rid of them, and got tons of quick responses and sold them within days. I sold them in lots of around $5-10 for 15-20 books. I can imagine theyd go super fast if you were giving them away for free.

Dufresne takes donations of used books for the Children's Hospital Foundation used book sales that occur 3 times a year. It's all done using volunteer time, and all proceeds go to the Winnipeg Children's Hospital.

Books can be dropped off at any Manitoba Dufresne location.

Contact the Guardians of the Children @ Guardians10@hotmail.com. They are a group of not for profit volunteers who work with abused children.

The NEARLY NEW Shop on 9th Street accept books of all kinds,,, 100 % of our profit goes to the BRANDON HOSPITAL... What a good cause & reason to donate to......
