Ever hit that spot in your life where you just need a change? I have been working at my career for over 10 years now and I just feel the need to change. I know there is so much more in me than what I am doing now.  
Is there anywhere in Brandon where you can get advice on a career change? It is a life changing event. I have a plan but just to make the right choices to put my plan into action.  
Any career changers out there? How did you go about doing it and finding your true calling?

Here is what I did with my son...we went over a series of questions:  
-do you like to work alone or with others?  
-do you like to work indoors or outdoors?  
-do you enjoy working in an office setting or do you like to be more "out and about"?  
-what is your greatest strength (skill)?  
-what is your greatest weakness (skill)?  
-what is your passion?  
-what motivates you most (money, making a difference, interesting work, etc)  
This gave us the basis to begin to narrow in on what he would really like to do. Turned out that he had enjoyed volunteer work with people with disabilities, and he is working in that field today.

on Rosser Ave maybe has advisors that can help. If you need any courses, they are one option. They even have night training so you could start before you end your present job.
