'Commissioner for Oaths are lawyers assistants, go to any law firm.'
Not all Commissioner for Oaths are lawyers assistants: and not all lawyers assistants are Commissioners for Oaths.
You will certainly find a Commissioner for Oaths in a law office. The law office will probably charge a fee for the service. It should be minimal, unless they ask you to set up an appointment
But Commissioner of Oaths are found in many other places. Many of us don't like to advertise it because we try to avoid having the neighbor from 5 houses down the street show up with their son-in-law's second cousin to confirm a signature - right in the middle of supper - and then treat you as if it was their right for it and your obligation to do it. Without even a thank-you.
Look it up. Qualified Commissioners of Oath are all around you.
