I can not find any information on where to place garbage bin in backlane.  
 
IS IT UP THE THE DRIVER OR CITY SANITATION?  
 
I have ever seen bins placed on both sides of backlane.  
Some bins all on West side of backlane.  
 
 
Anyone find information online?  
 
I would much rather place bin on my side of backlane as there is way more room. However bin never gets picked up. .....  
However the next block South, bins are on both sides.  
 
Again I ask, any info online?

in some areas it is possible for the truck to go both ways on the lane and pick up from both sides of the lane, in other areas they deem that option unworkable,very selective process

do would be to contact Sanitation on Monday. They will be able to say what side they go on. The reason why it's not listed online is because of the wide variety of placements. There are places where the truck can only go one direction because of the lane design and obstructions.
