Noticed lights out at both 26th and Willowdale and 26th and Richmond.
Hydro message says crews have been dispatched, no estimated time of restoration.
Prev poster: just to confirm, you're saying Lakeview hasn't been effected? Curious what part of Brookview is (was?)
