Anyone else having problems with mts in the west end? Came home to my Internet and TV not working

I don't know if it helps too much but I'm central and have Internet (don't have TV through them so can't help there).

Hi! I did unplug it and plug it back in three times before I called mts. And after an hour wait from callback from customer service, turns out hydro hit the line while doing construction along Victoria!
