Concrete slab ballpark pricing

I'm contemplating an addition onto my house and am curious about a very rough ballpark idea on pricing for a concrete slab.

The size would be 14'x16'

Any info would be greatly appreciated

4 years ago I had a 30'x30' pad poured and cost me just over $10000.00

I think the concrete will run you about $200/yard. The remainder will depend on how much work you are completing yourself.

All depends on where you get your cement from. Out of town companies are a lot cheaper even with the mileage.

I have been in the concrete industry almost 30 years just a word of Caution you get What You Pay For.

I appreciate the info so far, and I will be making some calls for actual onsite estimates shortly because there are a lot of options that need to be discussed.

Please keep us informed as to the progress of getting your "concrete slab" built. What experiences have you endured/avenues of advice you could lend others??
