I doubt it will matter, but posting anyways.  
 
We live at Kingsway and have had a hard enough time with the situation emotionally and financially. To add salt in the wounds, my 3 year old sons bike and push car was stolen while we are trying to pack and move. Although not new, they were ours and he was extremely upset to walk in the yard and find they were no longer there.  
 
He would like them back and can be returned back to the yard at anytime. He loses out otherwise. Maybe your family needed them more than us.  
 
Bike was blue w training wheels and push car was the yellow and red little tykes brand I think.  
 
Please try not to post negative comments. I just didn't known what else to do and no one wants an upset child.

sadly this is what is happening in Brandon, Lots of people have no respect for other peoples property - and if they can snag and run - that is what they tend to do. I have seen strangers enter the moving truck to remove boxes/bags of property already stored in there - as the people are loading up - then run with it - as if its their own. Lots of stupid/greedy people out there, with no respect for others property. Its a sad situation - hope your son gets his items back though.  
 
My sons had several bikes stolen too when we lived on the North Hill - so it kinda goes with the territory it seems.

Exactly where that is atm however driving home tonight I saw 10 different yards from 18th and stickney down past the bridge with kids toys not only all over the yards but on public boulevards. If you live in this area teach your kids to pick up their toys and put them away. This is a chicken egg thing that goes down to don't bring temptation.

We live at South End. We are one of the last in the trailer park there. Our toys were right in our yard, and his bike was to the side. You would have to physically walk in to take them. The problem is, because everyone knows we are to be out, they think it's a free for all! It's been like that since the closure was announced. Vulture nature almost take over some people. One of my neighbours spent most of their time just chasing people away!  
 
Blows my mind about the moving truck, yet not totally surprised either.  
 
Everything we own we had to work for, so no, we would never think of disregarding what we own or just laying it anywhere. Neither would my children. I hear ya though, I always notice when stuff is left wherever and free game.

If you didn't get the toys back, which I am assuming you didn't, I have a blue car with no roof that is the same thing and I think I have a wagon as well I could give you. Message me on ebrandon for more details

or maybe people could just keep their hands off stuff that isn't theirs? People should be able to keep stuff out in their own yard without worrying somebody is going to steal it. thieves are shitty people, period.
