I may have missed it if there was already a discussion, but what is going up? I truly hope that the city/Corral Centre do something about the traffic. There really needed to be a wider turn lane for westbound traffic turning North into the centre, but I guess now with another building going up, that won't happen. Perhaps the landowners need to reconfigure the parking, just trying to get out of the lot by Home Depot and the LC is increasingly difficult.
