    Does anybody know of a place in town that has or can get large skin on turkey breast? Any info is appreciated!

    I would try calling local places that are local like,  
     
    Henry Meats (terrific meat, poultry and personal service)  
    Tendercuts on 18th  
    Obermeiers on Rosser  
     
    If you don't have luck there, some of the area Hutterite colonies might be able to help.

    whole turkeys are on sale everywhere right now. cook one up and eat turkey all week
