    Hello Brandon, I am wondering about other peoples experience with real estate agents. What type of services do they provide for you during the sales process, when the house is vacant? eg. shovel walk,empty the mailbox, keep things clean,that kind of thing. Thanks in advance for your input.

    I don't think they'll do anything like that. They're more than happy to tell you what to do to improve the chance of a quicker sale... But, getting them to actually do anything more then to show the property and negotiate on your behalf will probably never happen.  
     
    Just my opinion, I could be wrong
