People may be getting stuck, but if you stay to main drags, its not bad. Plows are out, so they could slow you down, but its a short term pain for a long term gain. Most people getting stuck in town probably could have avoided it (not in all cases - but most). Not as bad as the Christmas Day storm. Out of town, I can not say, but I have heard it is bad (and lots of closures).
