    There was a beautiful banner on the University fence at 18th and Victoria. Either the wind from the storm caused it to be 'Gone with the Wind' (I doubt it) or someone 'borrowed' it. If anyone knows its whereabouts, please PM me...there could be a couple of passes offered for its return.

    Unfortunately I saw it on around 16th and Vic when walking my dog. It was before the snowplows were out, so its probably burried or gone now.

    The banner was advertising the 50th Anniversary of The Brandon Film Festival and we really would like its return.

    Saw a banner or some sort of vinyl sign blowing down Victoria near 14th or 15th late Monday night early Tuesday. Not sure if this is it but was definitely a sign of some sort.
