Kudos to Tyson Tames, I highly recommend him as a real estate agent! % month listing with another agency and Tyson sold our home in just over 2 weeks! I understand the time of year matters but the service and assistance provided was also superior. Look him up if you want someone who has a lot of experience, as well as a large network and great reputation! Thanks Tyson!

Nothing against Tyson or realtors in general but if your house is priced right and shows well (clean etc.) it will sell itself, most times anyhow. I agree realtors help, they have buyers but nowadays a lot of people do there own searching on MLS. It's getting even easier now that they are putting addresses on most listing. I remember last time I bought you would see an ad you liked and it would have every detail but the address, forcing you to constantly phone to fnd out where it is.  
 
There are a lot of realtors, or so it seems these days so ya a little research helps as some work a lot harder then others. Larry Jago is another beauty.

We were told by a few different realtors the problem was not with the person as much as the company. That is all I can say without slamming anyone on here. No one only wants to sell their own listings but there needs to be some motivation by the seller and their company. Really I wanted to put a Kudos here for Tyson as we were very impressed with the way he does business that is all.

Kathy Ash at Royal Lepage is extremely profeshional and I would highly recommend her.

Might spelt her last name wrong sorry, we went looked at house she had for sale it was thanksgiving and then we talked about selling ours. she came over right then to look at it, best timing for both of us. Few days later put our house up sold it in less then 30 hrs. She came over late to work with my busy schedule if I remember right one time she came after 930pm cuz I was out working. I thought she worked hard for us. And helped us more then ever. If we buy another place prob use her for sure thanks darla
