If a home owner is interested in tearing down their home and building a 4plex, what is the process involved and what companies would you recommend?

First you need to know what your lot is zoned and how many homes the city will permit. If it is zoned RSF you will not be permitted a 4 plex. If not RSF and their criteria is less than 4 for your lot you will have to apply for a variance. You will also need to be able to provide 6 parking stalls one of which needs to be a disability spot. Go to the City of Brandon planning department, they can tell you everything you need.

I would recommend premiere homes , as the general , we do lots of work with them , I would use them if I was gonna build.
