Okay...so my lying "ex" remade his POF account...so much for his need for therapy. Nit ready fir another relationship!? Erf!?  
 
Anyhow...losing it...fyck battling depression in my own. Is a psychiatrist covered by Manitoba health? Or where can I go!?

It's tough when someone you cared about lies or deceives you, been there!! Yes there is absolutely help for depression here!! Head to the town centre you can do your own intake and chat with a counsellor. Wait list for a psychiatrist is a bit long so this helps in the mean time

If you need immediate help please call the Mobile Crisis Unit at 725-4411. They can offer you help right away and let you know what resources are available to you. I dealt with them personally a few years back when my brother was going through a mental breakdown and they were beyond amazing. My brothers phychiatrist was covered by Mamitoba Heslth as he was referred by the Centre for Adult Phychiatry.  
Please breath and reach out for help, you don't have to handle things on your own.
