fishing on little saskatchewan river

there was a picture of a man fishing on the Saskatchewan river in the Brandon sun recently . he was fishing from the bank..it said it was near Brandon. does anyone know where you can get to the river from Brandon to fish? thank you. I don't know where the little Saskatchewan river is...
