    Does anyone know what the green lanterns hanging on some city trees are for? We came home from the lake to one hanging on our front city tree & I also saw the exact one on a tree on Victoria Ave across from Tim Hortons. Just curious!

    Are they emerald ash borer traps? I've seen them in previous years up in trees along the 34th street bike path. There's usually a sign on the tree explaining what they are.
