I want to give a big thank you for the service I received from Canada Post.  
We recently ordered a specific tool from the States and had it rushed...with an incorrect mailing address on it. Trying to get hold of UPS to let them know of the error involved 30 minutes on hold after 15minutes of trying to figure out how to speak to a human throught their IVR system. They eventually could only tell me it could be transferred to Canada Post or FedEx.  
I spoke to our Postal lady Linda , who passed on the info to the incorrect addresses Postal lady Theresa, to try to keep an eye out for this package. When we discovered it was in Brandon, Wade was fantastic to speak with at the Brandon Postal Service Center. Linda delivered my parcel today!  
I truly appreciate the fantastic staff and service from our local Canada Post. Rain or shine, they are out there providing fantastic service.

Maybe next time try to get the address correct instead of complaing about the ups service? It's no one's fault but your own.

I did not detect one bit of negativity in the post. Someone was relaying a story of how a package was delivered and the appreciation of the efforts involved for successful delivery.  
 
Part of the story was saying how long they waited on the phone with UPS. Nothing said about the service from UPS. It was just part of the sequence of events.  
 
OP....thank-you for sharing a positive story.
