I have a bunch of random house hold, kid stuff and was wondering where I could drop it off besides value village.

I donated to the immigration office on pacific. They deeply appreciated the donations and it goes to a great cause.

Nearly New shop

Nearly New is a personal choice as all proceeds stay local to the Brandon Regional Health Care Centre (BRHC).  
 
MCC would be my second choice (Mennonite Central Community..I believe). Still a great cause.  
 
Maybe some other people can weigh in, but I'd rather not have my donations go to Value Village for profit (their profits do benefit a charity..Diabetes? , but a small percentage)

Agree with nearly new. They have only one paid employee all others are volunteer, so most of their profit does go to the hospital.

They are always very grateful - it's where I drop all my stuff.

Any blankets and towels could be donated to Brandon Humane Society and Strays That Can't Pay. Not sure if Funds Fur Furry Friends takes them too.

I forgot about this place. FFFF is Funds for Furry Friends. Good longtime Brandon and Area charity as well to help local abandoned and wayward pets.

I am looking to make a donation as well if it fits in with what they are looking for. Can you supply with more information about where this will be held? I sent them an email but haven't heard back. If they don't want the items I have (mostly clothing) for their sale I would like to attend to support them.
