Exactly one week from my first email to Browns Socialhouse regarding a refund of the amount remaining on my partially used Browns gift card, I have the refund cheque in my hand - excellent response and service!
In my initial email I i:ncluded the number on the back of the gift card, along with the security number, and the dollar amount remaining on the card. They responded with a request for photos of the front and back of the card as well as a photo of my receipt, if available, showing the balance remaining on the card. I sent photos of all items requested. They let me know that they had cancelled my gift card and would be mailing a refund cheque to me shortly. Cheque arrived in today's mail
Hassle free: very pleased with their prompt attention to my request.
