I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with cockroaches? A friend of mine has them really bad. I noticed when she was visiting the other day that there were some crawling out of her stuff she brought. I didn't have cockroaches before that and have killed about 7 or 8 so far.  
I was wondering if anyone knew of any precautions I can take so they don't lay eggs? The pest control places are closed today so was hoping someone knew of something from the store I could buy to kill any that may be left :/

yah theres roaches in Brandon, and very expensive to get rid off.. they like water and live behind walls and vents, they can make you sick carring salmonella, seal all foods , and pet food they will eat that. once they have nothing to eat they will start to appear. Pest control will come in and spray set traps, very costly. helped a lady living in Apt block, they have to spray all apts. And they multiply. I cant remember but heard many years ago you could buy a product from pharmacy and that would kill them off too. sorry but cant remember the name, maybe research it on internet.

RAID. Go to Canadian Tire and buy the appropriate RAID product. You can even buy stuff that is pet safe. Just be sure to read the labels closely and make sure that cockroaches are on the list of bugs that it kills. Also get some sticky bug catchers to place around your home especially behind and under the fridge & stove & microwave. I have a severe bug phobia and I have all kinds of raid products in my home. Good luck! I hear they multiply quickly so you better get on that! I've never had them myself, but I know people who have had them and they are hard to get rid of. You better call Poulins first thing Monday and get them to come look. If you rent, let your landlord know what is happening also so that if there are other tenants they can also treat their apartments because they will travel to an attached home that is not being treated and take over that home if all suites are not treated they will end up back at your place at some point. this, and as a friend or landlord i would be mad as hell that they brought you the issue. I hope you get them asap

very hard to control with the new products available , had the problem many years ago and one treatment did the job , recent problem similiar property and many treatments to control .we now use much more of a chemical that sort of works instead of a little chemical that does work , but it must be enviornmentlly friendly because the govt says it is so
