EO's vs synthetics

Synthetic smells make me sick (Glade, Febreeze, wax melts). I've never tried Scentsy. I have wax melt warmers that I put beeswax in and then a couple of drops of EO...that works really well to scent a room. (Patchouli lasts forever if you like the scent. The thicker the oil is, the stronger it is. Ylang ylang if you like flowers. Vetiver & Mandarin or Orange...wow) The beeswax lasts forever, and is safer then putting water & EO. (Won't go dry and potentially burn down the house). The diffuser works, plus has an added benefit of helping out when you're sick. (Thieves blend, or clove, or peppermint, etc.) As far as scenting a room goes, the diffuser smell doesn't linger too much after it goes off. But most diffusers hold enough water to last 4 hours. Easy alternative to Febreeze (that won't give you cancer or respiratory problems...Febreeze is evil)...spray bottle + water + around 30 drops of any EO mix. We like Lavender, Orange & Peppermint. You can use it on your hairbrush to combat dry hair. For a light duty surface cleaner. Bulk Barn has a great selection of quality EO's, good price, my only beef with them is it is hard to get the cap off.
