That does not sound very good. But eh, your company. You want to waste time, going through the whole hiring process of advertising, interviewing, training and doing it over and over again, all the power to you. Although, if you did not have to do that, think the the extra money you would have for you and your few staff.
Unfortunately, I don't own my own business, I worked for 23 years at the same place, but now unfortunately am on disability for treatment resistant depression. Give me a whirl, I am almost read to go back to work and I smoke and I will out work anyone you got there!
