Our whole family went on a Disney cruise for Christmas 2015. It was the experience of a lifetime. The level of quality and customer service is second to none. I Would do it again in a heartbeat. It is however really expensive.
Best suggestion is to read everything on the Disney Cruise Forum message boards. Every question you could ask has been covered at one time or another there.
There is also Travel Book/guides available on Amazon.ca.
I ended up watching a lot of videos on YouTube of other family’s cruises on what to expect.
I am a planner and like to research everything and I think was able to organize everything through those resources
