I was really excited to hear that Gullivers was coming back because their food was actually really good. I could not stand astoria’s pizza or pasta and was not sad to see it go but I am sad to see it come back. But, to each their own I guess

Good to hear the next generation is giving it a go-love their pizza!

Great pizza. But I will be driving to town when I hear that the baked pasta’s are officially back.

So they apparently opened the other day for delivery only. Did anyone try it? Any reviews?

Ordered tonight. One large pizza and it was pretty good. Good portions of toppings and really good crust. Will definitely order again.

We had it Friday and it will be our new go to place. It is a little expensive but I love the crust. The toppings could have covered more of the crust but we will see how it is next time.  
The wait time was excessive at 80 minutes when we ordered at 415 but I’m sure that will get better.  
I look forward to trying more items in the future!

if you don't like you don't buy! Simple eh?  
 
I loved their pizza and subs and am looking forward to trying once again!

Im interested in hearing about their pasta. Their website menu doesnt have any pasta listed.  
 
Brandon already has approximately 4000 places to buy pizza. But the pasta selection is quite limited. It'd be pretty fantastic if their pasta is of good quality..

It was ok, the crust is the best part. Said it would be 60 minutes, it was actually closer to 80. The toppings were plentiful but yeah, they were mostly thrown in the middle instead of all the way to the edges. I imagine things like this will improve over time.  
 
We will likely stick with our favourite Romano’s for pizza but am anxious to try Astoria for their pasta in June when they start making it.

I loved astoria pasta when they were on victoria (when it was take out in that little shop down rear west rosser not so much) so I am exited to have them back, I do hope they keep the garlic bread the same, few other pasta places are good too but I cant find the garlic bread I like here, such a small part of the meal but I love the right bread with pasta :D

Astoria Pizza opened on Park Avenue for takeout from what I understand.

The only online menu I found doesn't give any pricing. Not too much online presence for a new but old upstart.  
 
Any input would be good. Would like to order local, but might stick with the favorite if I can't find pricing, reviews, etc

We’ve ordered a few times already, including pickup (at the south door after you call to tell them you’re there!).

Astoria has always been my families go to pizza place and I'm excited that it's back. I don't think it's quite as good as it used to be but still the best pizza in town in my opinion

Just wondering folks opinions on dining in the restaurant. How is the service, food presentation etc. Thinking of taking a group out for supper and thought of here.

I’m a diehard Astoria fan, I was worried at first wondering if they could live up to their former glory (as I remember back in the old days lol) and they are just a great!!! I’ve had it twice by pick up and like 3 or 4 times at lunch eating in. I love everything I’ve tried and tastes the same as before. Sure it’s more pricy than your “fast food pizza chains” but I’m willing to pay more for the great taste and quality. Our server was friendly and attentive and the food came quickly on every occasion. Def back in my number 1 place for pizza and baked pastas!

had lunch there on the weekend, it wasn't busy at all but we enjoyed it!  
Had the salad/soup bar which included three soups, pasta salad, salad, breadsticks with cheese and buns. $11.00  
We also ordered a pizza - small and pop's. Our total bill was about $55.00 for the two of us.  
The quality and presentation of the food was excellent - service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice.  
The lounge certainly got an overhaul with the color scheme and you can tell a lot of work and money went into it.  
Will go back again!

Too expensive, tastes good but overpriced. Much cheaper available that can feed many more people for a better price.
