Full Time Receptionist
Murray Chevrolet Buick GMC Brandon, a member of the Murray Auto Group is currently looking to hire a receptionist for our busy office.
This is a full-time position
Tuesday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 8am-5pm
The successful candidate must be extremely reliable, friendly, have excellent oral and written communication skills, be customer focused and be able to work both unsupervised and part of a team.
Some duties will include:
Greeting customers with a warm and friendly manner
Answering and directing all incoming calls
Collecting payment from customers both in person and over the phone
Filing
Incoming and outgoing mail
Sorting Cheques
Ordering Office Supplies
Making New Car Files
Assist all departments where needed
Daily Close Out
Requirements:
Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to think fast, find answers and respond quickly to customer issues
Capable of multi-tasking
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication
