The Westman Multicultural Festival runs later this week with a total of ten pavilions scattered throughout the city waiting to share the sights, sounds and tastes of ten different cultures. It all starts on Thursday with six pavilions kicking off the festivities before being joined by four more on Friday and Saturday.
As if on queue the weather forecast has Thursday, Friday and Saturday all being several degrees less cold than the bone-chilling temps we have today with forecast highs as of the time of this posting of -19, -9 and -14 respectively for each day.
