Re/Max moves into new Richmond Avenue space this week

For all their time spent helping other folks find and move into new homes, the shoe is on the other foot this week for local real estate brokerage Re/Max Valleyview Realty as they move into a new space on Richmond Avenue. 

Re/Max’s need for a modernized location became that much more apparent with a 2017 local merger with HomeLife, resulting in a more than doubling of agents. 

Re/max Valleyview had previously been located at 1040 Princess Avenue in the city’s Downtown core. Construction by builder J & G Commercial began on the foundation of the new 1209 Richmond Avenue commercial building last summer, which this week has been proclaimed complete.

They will share their portion of of the building with Knight Archer Insurance. Also calling the new Richmond Avenue building home will be Cardinal Capital Investments with two lower level spaces currently available for lease.
