A company with strong roots in Brandon is further expanding its Westman presence, it was learned today with the announcement of MNP’s merger with Dauphin-based Pernarowski Accounting Chartered Professional Accountants Ltd.
The merger comes after Pernarowski was said to be seeking to offer more specialty services to its clients and MNP looking to expand its presence in the area, a match that Pernarowski Accounting’s Jordan Pernarowski described in a press release announcing the merger as a win-win for both firms, their clients and businesses in the marketplace.
Pernarowski Accounting maintains a team of nine, who will re-locate to MNP’s Dauphin Office early this month.
MNP is Canada’s fifth-largest national accounting and business consulting firm with over 80 offices including 12 locations in Manitoba. It recently celebrated the 60th anniversary of its founding in Brandon in 1958. The company’s head office is today located in Calgary.
