The Dock on Princess is hiring for part time and full time line cooks. We have a busy kitchen and feature fresh, locally sourced scratch made food. Shifts would be between Monday and Saturday and vary between days and evenings.
Experience is an asset but we will train the right individual.
Line cooks are responsible for the preparation of our menu items and maintaining the restaurant standards for food quality and chit times. Helps with prep for the restaurant. Follows company recipes to ensure consistency. Ensures kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized including but not limited to, kitchen, walk in cooler, freezer and dry storage areas. Follows all health standards. Must be food safe certified or willing to obtain before starting. Follows all company policies. Successful applicants will work a variety of stations according to need and skill level.

Applicants Must Have:
- 2 years of relevant experience in the past 5 years
- Positive attitude and team work mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain an organized and clean workspace with attention to detail
- Be punctual and reliable
