Trades Helper/Entry Position
Monday ? Friday
7:30am ? 4:30pm with the possibility of over time hours.
No experience is necessary to apply for this position. We are willing to teach and train the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with air conditioner/furnace installations and service
- Assist with other jobs as required (Hot water tank changes, plumbing jobs, etc.)
- Pick up and deliver parts and materials as necessary
- Stay focused and get the job done
- Ask questions to help you learn and understand
- Work with the team, grow with the team
Non-Negotiables
- A drivers license
- A working phone with data
- Show up early, be ready to work on time
- A strong initiative to learn and grow everyday
- Be reliable and be accountable
- Represent Total Fix in a positive way every time you put on the uniform
- Capable of accepting constructive criticism and coaching
- Strong time management skills
- Be friendly and presentable ? you will be working in people?s homes and businesses each day
- Communicate effectively with management, coworkers and clients
- A no-excuses approach to joining and contributing to our team
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
Compensation
$17-$22 /hr depending on experience
Apprenticeship
This position will include the possibility of beginning an apprenticeship in the future.
