Key Responsibilities
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Perform landscape installs alongside a crew
Lead and manage crew members on job sites
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards
Maintain and care for tools and equipment
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements
2+ years landscaping experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Valid Class 3 Driver?s License
Reliable phone with data for communication
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Compensation
Pay is dependent on experience, ranging from $25-29/hour.
