Allstars Club, Event & Lounge is a vibrant restaurant and entertainment venue dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic Host/Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests.
Job Summary
As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will welcome guests, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure every guest receives a warm and positive first impression. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant flow.
- Monitor dining room activity and communicate with servers and management regarding table availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area.
- Assist guests with special requests and accommodate seating preferences whenever possible.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality or restaurant experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: CA$17.20 per hour
