Does anyone know who, in Brandon, services Schwinn treadmills? Have an 815 model and the electronics have quit.

I have a Schwinn 870 model and called the company about my electronics and they guided me through it. What is your electronics doing?

The electronics don't respond to any of the buttons when you try to make slections. Tried powering off and on as well as completely unplugging the machine. No response.

If your display is black it could be a fuse.

Nothing is black: the display is working. Buttons just don't respond when you press them for eg, when you hit the start button nothing happens..same with all the others.

I'll do what you did and call the factory.
