Another UFO sighting in Brandon?

A caller this morning claims he saw strange lights above Brandon City Hall at about 10:30 last night. He was in the Superstore parking lot at the time.
He said they were orange with a consistent light and went across the sky silently, above CIBC and City Hall - and they moved in a straight line.
Did anyone else see this?
