Driving through the states, listening to the radio and a story comes on. Apparently, some guy in Kansas disliked his wife so much that he told her would rather be in jail than with her.  
 
So he walks into a bank and robs the place, then sits on the floor and waits to he arrested. He even tells the judge that he would rather be in prison than spend any more time with 'that' woman. I google it, and it turns out its a true story.

i saw that on redit, thought wow you think he could have just filled for divorce lol

Somebody on the radio said that his punishment for the robbery should be house arrest so he has to see his wife all the time and spend time with her if he wants too ot not. Lol. But you are right, i think divorce would have just been easier. Lol
