Why they weren't also charged with Child Abandonment. Is that not worse than the Dine n Dash?

I think they were intoxicated, so might have been a factor in their poor decision-making.

This is upsetting and sad. The worst thing is if this is how the mother(not sure if it said the male was her father) acts in public then how is this little girls home life?
I can only imagine that it is worse.

I feel sad for the daughter, what they were thinking IDK but hard to grow up decently with parents like that...in Brandon yet too

Radio said they were from Sioux Valley not Btandon, terrible situation for that little girl.

Hope it's a terrible situation those so called parents are in.

these type of cases will only further deteriate the very basics of our once great city we dropped 50 spots on the best city in Canada list to live any body looking in to our very backbones will soon see a big problem growing with apparently no fix in sight

Turns out the couple is actually brother and sister. The woman is the girls mother.

Still makes for a situation for the girl.

the incident happened in Brandon was what i meant, When I read the title of the news article I was thinking it was going to be someplace in the states or something, not here,but i guess crappy stuff happens everywhere
