Because of the significant change in operations I think its important to look at this in much the same way as a new restaurant opening. Initial weeks will be bound to have some kinks to work out and some feedback to act on. One thing I'd say with quite a bit of confidence about new management is that there's a real history of running customer-focused operations (not intended as a slag on past management). That way of doing business really comes across in some of the quotes on the new menu ("anything you want, just ask", etc) and I'd expect it could too when it comes to acting on some suggestions for the restaurant over time.
