First off wanted to commend the Brandon Sun for all of the work that must have gone into their "Readers Choice" feature. It makes for an interesting read and some fun water cooler debate since everyone is going to have their own personal opinions on what is best in Westman. Sometimes there's a lot of good info to come from the "wisdom of crowds" and I'd say that about quite a few of the categories.  
 
Had to comment on the "Most trustworthy politician" and "Most invisible politician", both of which saw Mayor Rick Chrest finish in top spot. Similar scenario for second place with Larry Maguire taking Silver in both categories. Do we assume that different people voted for these gentlemen in each category, or would one go as far as reading into this that the Gold standard for politicians in Westman is to hold the position without rocking the boat too much in either direction? (Not saying that's necessarily the case with either)

I really enjoyed reading it, good job Brandon Sun!

personally thought that section of the paper at first was a joke. Then after reading, I learned that Brandon Sun readers voted and these were actual results. Did anyone else think this section of the paper was laughable? For example...best place to take a tourist, the Brandon Shoppers Mall was #3.  
I dont know, but other people I know that read this section felt it was interesting yet laughable.

as in the Shoppers mall being a tourist attraction and that's all Brandon has to offer? Perhaps. lol  
 
But I did like to see the businesses get recognition. We do have a ton of businesses/services that are top notch and deserve the 'best' label.
