I am a mother of 4 and I work full time. I work an average of 42 hours per week... shift work.  
 
I can't seem to get it through to my husband and older children that they have to help out more... I come home after a 12 hr shift... to kids that need bathing, dirty dishes, laundry etc... I am tired of fighting with everyone about it. I have always been a working mom... but it seems to have gotten harder after we added child #4 to our family. I am about ready to throw the towel in... hands up in the air... What do I do??  
 
Any advice? We have a chore chart.. that I keep in effect when I am off... but when I am not home it goes out the door... I appreciate everything that my husband does do? Maybe i am expecting too much?  
 
Kind of a vent/outburst... hahaha. Need some advice though.. Thanks in advance!
