MEN'S rights

What rights should men reasonably expect in a relationship, in culture, or in the workplace. Let's start a discussion about men's rights and what needs to be done to ensure equality on both sides, without an emphasis on which side has more or less. The end result (not dealing with labels and expectations for sexes)should be seeing each side as the same, and not dealing with men vs women's rights.
