Not naming a certain company. I just had a quite experience why I am not getting statements. According to their policy, they don't send out invoices if you have credit on your account. So, that case you have no clue you do have credit. You just keep on paying the full amount. That sounds like a money scheme. For the past 4 months I have been paying the full amount without any knowledge of any credit on my account. I even phoned and emailed them. All I got was, "Sure we will make the certain changes." Yea right. A month later still no invoices. Went down to their business to get answers. I was not too impressed why they have chosen to do it that way. I still think its a money scheme to make more money. I hope no one else falls for this trap.

Pretty sure an invoice once paid is a receipt and they have to provide that by law, if I remember correctly. That is if it is requested by the client.

If you're not getting invoices, why are you still paying them?  
 
It would seem logical to me that if you have credit on the account, they may not invoice you until that credit is used up and you owe them money. Although it seems weird that you're not getting an invoice/receipt every month if you're paying them. How do you prove you've paid?
