Ben Moss - Diamond Frustration

Hey all,
I have a question in regards to what you think I should do...if anything can be done at all.
2.5 years ago my husband bought a beautiful 3 stone, Blossom Cut engagement ring from Ben Moss, and he made sure to purchase the Lifetime Warranty....you know, in case something was to happen...
And of course it did.
This past week one of the 3 stones was lost, slipped right out of the claws. And once looked more closely at, there is a 2nd diamond that is loose and rotating in the claws. Nothing broken or worn, just diamond that aren't placed tight enough in the setting. Also I must add that I am not hard on my rings, taking them off while cooking, baking, cleaning, etc. Any sort of things that could be hard on them.
And as you may guess, Ben Moss won't do anything about it and neither will the Blossom Cut brand. Once they announced they were closing, any warranty that was ever purchased is gone, right out the window. So now here we are with a beautiful broken ring and have to pay out of our own pockets to replace the diamond from another company.
Thanks Ben Moss. So glad we were long time customers of yours, purchasing thousands and thousands of dollars from your company. So glad that you kept your word with the Life time Warranty plans that were purchased for EVERY single piece of jewelry that we have bought from you.
So? What would you do? I am beyond frustrated with this situation and would like some advice from others please!
