Was just wondering if there were any rental car companies in Brandon where you could take the car and holiday in the USA ? If so which companies would you recommend ?

If you mean specifically today but I have tried to get customers a rental car on the weekends in Brandon and have been sadly disappointed that there is nothing open or they close at noon. Considering the size of our city, it would be nice if this was available here. Maybe someone else has more info?

No not for today but anytime in general . Would rather put the miles on their new vehicle then put put them on my older car .

In Brandon you only have one choice and that is Enterprise. Yes you can take the car anywhere but I would suggest getting insurance for it. You don't have to get it through them but I would get some as it can be very costly if you get into an accident without it. You can get extra insurance at any MPI dealer.

When I rent a car in the USA I always by my insurance here first . So what you are saying is that enterprise would rent me a vehicle here and let me take it to the USA ?

A quick search of the Internet reveals that in general, yes you can bring a rental car over the international border as long as the rental company is aware of it.  
 
The caveat being that you should check with the location where you intend to rent from because not all companies nor even all locations within the same company permits this.  
 
In other words, you'll need to call Enterprise locally and see what they say.

Ok thank you for the info. Just tried to call and there is no answer so I’m assuming they’re closed on weekends . I guess Brandon just isn’t big enough .
