Super 8 used to offer Belguim waffles with strawberries & whip cream (double check if it still is)
Trailswest offer eggs, toast and sausages. But once again, double check.
Redwood has ceral, toast and fruit.
Continental Breakfast is a vague term. I have been places that give you a muffin and a juice box and call that your continental breakfast.
