I would be very interested in where people suggest going and specific hotels to stay at, as well as what to do while in the area. I imagine you would have to rent a car while you were there but would you stay in one location as your home base or would you go to different provinces?
I'd love any advice on this! "
I was going this year coming up too lol.. hotels change with each visit and staff so use trip advisor to guide you with that by the reviews. As for places to go and see .. the main places like Peggy’s cove, lunenburg, Cabot trail in cape Breton are all great. Carters beach on the south shore is gorgeous. In Halifax citadel hill and the waterfront are great places, if you love great pepperoni go to brothers deli on Agricola street! Best deli/butcher shop ever! The Annapolis valley is nice to check out. On the north mountain there’s margaretsville/port George/port Lorne/ and morden bay of funds shorelines that are beautiful. Digby and Annapolis royal are cool places to check out with the military references. Pei is a great province and you can’t beat going to the Anne of green gables site. I personally didn’t find much in New Brunswick I cared for. Hope this helps
