Just wondering will a camper trailer fit under the Kemney bridge safely? With some Street detours this year just wondering if a 28 foot long, 11foot 4 inch high travel trailer would pass under that bridge. Would make an easy exit out towards the West. I know the battles that bridge has had, just wondering to hear from some RV folks their thoughts.

is 12', but I won't risk it. You can turn onto the gravel road at the grain terminal and get to the Trans-Canada that way.

I’m pretty cautious, so yup, would take the gravel by the elevator or Grand Valley road. Even 18th and Trans Canada. Not a problem.  
Just threw it out there as maybe some out there had gone under without a problem. See trailers heading out that way frequently. Lots get pulled in for Home Shows previous years. Just new to larger trailering, so though maybe the easiest route works, may not always be the case though, lol.

some of the trucks that get stuck are a little too confident that they will make it through. There is a bridge in the US that is 12'4" and campers get wrecked.

I'm assuming you are accounting for the height of the air-conditioning and vents in the height, but even at the height you are describing, it could be too close for comfort. From Brandon at victoria ave, just go west on 1A towards kemnay, then turn north at road 117 (Stanley road), and keep going a mile north to the number one highway. It'll still save time as opposed to driving to the number one out of Brandon.

Head out there, if the warning lights come on then go around, if not then go under. Our trailer has gone under many times.

I clear it with ease, going 40 to 45 km/h (so it doesn't bounce). However, our camper is a Jayfeather ultralite travel trailer with a bumper hitch. It's designed to sit low off the ground with a ceiling/roofline that's also lower than some other manufacturers set specifications to reduce air drag and increase handling and efficiency. I wouldn't take the chance with any fifth wheel designs (especially if the tow vehicle sits high) or travel trailer with AC units that's either much closer to the front or rear on the roof of the camper. But if you think your measurements are under twelve feet... Take someone with you on a quiet day at your first run and have them get out and visually watch as you take it slowly under the bridge. There's no shame in slowing up traffic for a minute doing this to be safe, especially if the "warning lights" do or don't go off. Some folks behind you won't be happy either way. With you checking the clearance, going slow or stopping and needing to back up. But, it's got to be better than having the AC landing on their hood or blocking the road for hours with a wreck.

Drive really slow on the gravel. Campers seem to suck the dust in pretty easily.

Trailer is a 28 foot bumper hitch, and total height with AC is 11 feet 4 inches. AC is centred, no vents higher. I’m supposing that the location of axles makes the travel trailer shorter, unlike a semi trailer with the wheels at the back. Travel trailer would follow the dip better than semi where the truck is already climbing up the other side. Still be concerned. Highway around probably best bet.  
I hear you about gravel , dust and stones.

My motorhome is 12’3” and it fits under the bridge. Doesn’t even set off the warning lights

My camper sets them off sometimes, other times it does not. Definitely not worth the risk to save 5mins. Take the detour route, its rough but not as rough as replacing an a/c unit and repairing your roof plus the added embarrassment of being ridiculed in the news and social media if you hit it.
