Planning to drive to Killarney - south on #10, east on #23 and then south on #18. Would like to know the condition of Hwy 23 and 18 - it's been 2 years since I last travelled that section of #23 and it was horrible - please advise if you recently travelled on #23 and #18

I have used both # 23 and #18 recently going to Killarney. If you go #10 and then #23 and #18 to Killarney you will be happy to see the roads are good. They must have resurfaced #23 last summer and #18 a few years earlier.
